Founder of Zhenro Group, Senior Adviser of Zhenro Properties
Mr. Ou founded Zhenro Group in 1998. He started his career in the construction industry where he gained insight and experience to establish and develop his property development business. Mr. Ou has over 21 years of experience in the property development and construction industries.
Over the years, Mr. Ou has built up a professional management team for Zhenro Group’s property development and commercial property management businesses led by Mr. Huang Xianzhi. Mr. Ou remains a senior adviser of Zhenro Properties to provide strategic advice and lend his experience.
HUANG Xianzhi
Chairman
Mr. Huang joined Zhenro Group in October 1998 and served various positions since then, he served as an executive director and chairman of the board of Zhenro Properties Holdings since December 2015. Mr. Huang was appointed as the executive Director of Zhenro Properties and the chairman of the Board on 20 September 2017.
Mr. Huang has over 21 years of experience in the PRC real estate industry and he is primarily responsible for the overall management of the investment’ strategies and business development of the Group.
He was awarded numerous awards, including “Outstanding Professional Manager in China for the year of 2008”, “Chief Accountant in China for the Year of 2011”, “Figure with Contributions to China Real Estate Brands in 2015” and “Top 100 Figures with Contributions to China Real Estate Industry in 2016”.
